Ear acupuncture

What is ear acupuncture?

Ear acupuncture, developed by Dr. Paul Nogier in the 1950s, is a specialized therapy for relieving pain throughout the body. In it, each reflex zone in the ear represents a corresponding region of the body, a concept based on the idea of an upside-down embryo in the pinna.

How can ear acupuncture help?

Using a variety of methods, from needle pricks to massages to laser treatments, pressure is applied to the corresponding ear zones to relieve pain and discomfort. Although this method may seem unusual, it is an important component of holistic therapy approaches.
